Carbide mechanical seal rings are widely used in petroleum, chemicals, machinery and other pipe sealing, like dry gas seals, Oil film seals, spring mechanical seal, and High speed pumps.

Material grade: High performance of Ni-binder carbide, Co-binder carbide
Features: Good materials, advanced process , stable mechanical properties , high wear resistance and corrosion resistance , high bending strength, high thermal conductivity, small expansion coefficient, carbide seal ring is the highest coefficient of thermal shock material among all hard surface materials.
Various seal rings with complicated shape, either blanks or finished products can be provided.
With advanced molding technology, can produce a variety of complex shapes of carbide products; can be produced according to user's drawing.

Our factory and production line
Sichuan Precision Carbide Tech Co., Ltd (SPCT)is located at the north of the famous Sanxingdui Site, 38km from Chengdu. SPCT is a high-tech enterprise that integrates research and development, production, sales, and service of hard alloys. We provide high-quality products and services for industries such as oil and gas, pump valves, geological mineral, construction, coal, chemical, light textile, nuclear power, and national defense and military industry. At present, the main products include tungsten carbide sealing rings for mechanical seals, shaft sleeves for pumps, tungsten carbide products for petroleum machinery, tungsten carbide rods, plates, mining tools, tungsten carbide cold heading molds (tungsten carbide dies ), tungsten carbide non-magnetic products for jewelry, etc. We currently have more than 180 employees and an annual production of 500 tons of tungsten carbide. The sales revenue in 2022 is 121 million yuan, and the sales revenue in 2023 is 125 million yuan.
We have strong R&D capabilities and fast adaptability to market demand. We have established a comprehensive R&D team and strong material R&D capabilities, especially in the application of materials for domestic nuclear power projects, which has been highly recognized. We achieved12 utility model patents. At present, 40% of the products are exported to overseas market, such as North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. We obtained the quality management system certificate ISO 9001:2015 and environmental management system certificate ISO 14001:2015,and certificate FDA .
